Q. How do I place a Kolo Business Direct order or request a quote?

Q. Will I receive a discount?
A. We offer Business Direct volume discounts of 10% to 20% for merchandise and Gift Cards. Please see Flexible Pricing & Shipping for complete information.
Q. Can you put my company logo and personalize the Kolo merchandise for me?
A. Yes, we offer custom imprinting, screen printing, and photo insertion into the front window of most of our products. Please call Direct to for more information, or see personalization for a full description of logo services and fees.
Q. How should I send my logo design to you?
A. You can email your logo in eps, native Illustrator or native photoshop format to customerservice@kolo-usa.com or email camera-ready art to: Kolo Retail: Kolo Retail, LLC, Attn: Purchasing Department, 241 Asylum Street, Hartford, CT 06103
Q. What is the best way to ensure that the colors in my logo will come out exactly as I want them?
A. If you know the PantoneĀ®/PMS colors of your logo, we can match your colors exactly. As part of your logo setup we'll send you a sample of the product with your logo for approval. To ensure that the representation and color are correct, the sample will be identical to the fabric of the product you're ordering.
Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. First-time orders usually have two steps: setting up the logo and then applying the logo to merchandise. Preproduction usually takes about 7 to 10 days; production takes about two weeks. Repeat orders are generally received in 14 to 30 days depending on the quantity.
Q. How do I pay for my order?

Q. Can I use my freight carrier shipping?
A. Yes, most definitely. Kolo will accept any freight carrier as long a you provide your account number to us. However, your account number must be provided at the time the order is taken and confirmed.
Q. What if I need to return merchandise?

Q. Can I reorder merchandise?
A. Yes, simply fill in the quantity in the reorder form and fax it to 888.636.5656. We'll contact you regarding order confirmation and billing information. If you have any questions, call us at 888.636.5656. Please note prices are subject to change.
